     That effects everyone.

     Mind your own business.

     How do you recognize it?
Gratitude
     Making a list.

Growing
     One day at a time.
Honesty
     No more keeping secrets.
Infidelity
     Learning the truth.

     But keep it.

     Turning it over.

     And really living.

     How does it help?

     With those who understand.
One Day at a Time
     Living in the "now."

     How Al-Anon helps.
Powerless
     Surrender to win.
Rejection
     Real or imagined?
Restoration
     Toward sanity.
Self Esteem
     Not self confidence.
Serenity
     It's a gift.
Trust
     Using good judgement.

     How to "offer" it.
Unreasonable
     Without knowing.

     Detaching from it.
